The TMB is a ~100 mile long trail that loops the Mont-Blanc massif and travels through France, northern Italy, and western Switzerland. Over the course of the trail there are difficult traverses, bridges, lack of bridges over fast flowing water, rather terrifying ladders, and 36,000 feet of elevation gain and subsequent drop.
In June 2024 I spent 10 days on the loop staying each night in the mountain huts with other hikers. I met many cool people from all over the world and would love to go back and hike it again.
In May 2024 I traveled to Malmö, Sweden for 3 weeks to study abroad with an architecture class. On one weekend we explored Copenhagen and Stockholm. The following weekend we traveled to Bergen, Norway to see the fjords- then Oslo and all the way up to Trondheim where the sun didn't set until 11:15pm and it never truly got dark. The rest of our time was spent embracing Swedish culture and exploring the city of Malmö.
And so many more big adventures left to come, and so many smaller ones I haven't listed here.
